Seaview and Gracefield Banners, 2014
These banners were designed by Sam Broad and me, in conjunction with Hutt City Council, the intention is to highlight the innovation and industry coming from the Seaview/Gracefield area of Lower Hutt.
These banners are mounted in sequence from flag poles and lamp posts.
